THE PERFORMANCE TEST SIMULATOR
The Performance Test Simulator is an online program we specifically designed to help a student practice performance tests online. Let us show you how it all works.
THE PROCESS
1. CHOOSE A LETTER, MEMO, OR PLEADING: The student can choose to do either a letter, memorandum, or pleading. The database has multistate performance tests from the past 10 years provided by the National Bar Examiners. A student can also take the same test twice to review their progress.
2. VIEW THE FILE AND LIBRARY: The Performance Exam Simulator divides the performance test into two main screens: the file/library screen and the answer screen. The entire past multistate performance test has been converted into one screen. A student can either scroll up/down or print them out. They can even highlight sections!
3. TYPE YOUR ANSWER: After the student has read through the file/library he or she can open up the Answer screen and start typing their answer. The screen has been modeled after the Examsoft program required by the Bar Examiners on the real exam. The icons have been specifically limited to those in the Examsoft program. A timer has also been provided to assist with the student's performance.
4. VIEW YOUR SCORES: After the time is up, the student's test is automatically sent to one of our graders for immediate review! Their exam is reviewed and scored within 72 hours (their score is even broken down into the specific areas we feel the National Bar Examiners focus on when writing the question). Once scored, a student can login and view their results.
5. REVIEW THE GRADER'S COMMENTS: Our experienced graders thoroughly review each student's test and provide detailed comments throughout their tests.
6. GET DETAILED FEEDBACK: Our graders provide detailed feedback to highlight the student's strengths and weaknesses.
7. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS: Students can compare their past test results and see their areas of improvement while also focusing on their weaknesses.

The Essay Simulator is an online program we specifically designed to help a student practice essays online (Multistate Subjects Only). Let us show you how it all works.
THE PROCESS
1. CHOOSE AN ESSAY FROM ANY SUBJECT: The student can choose to do an essay from any of the subjects tested on the Multistate Essay Examination (Multistate Subjects Only). The database has essays from the past 10 years of Multistate Essay Examinations. A student can also take the same test twice to review their progress.
2. VIEW THE QUESTION: The Essay Simulator divides the essay into two main screens: the question screen and the answer screen. The entire past question and the answer have been converted into two screens. A student can either scroll up/down or print them out. They can even highlight sections!
